That was good in theory but my nutrition was off. I haven’t eaten enough today and the coffee I had this afternoon wasn’t good. I made it half a mile and I started feeling shaky and lightheaded. Walked back to the car. So yeah. A mile. Time to eat something.

  4. tomkeepstrying said: I got a mile on the treadmill. I may have made 1.5 if I had more time, but probably not. I am literally starting over… I have been in a hell of a funk for a while.
  5. fabfit said: Wow, we must’ve been spiritually connected or something because I ALSO was low on nutrition, went for a run (on a treadmill) … barely made it 15 mins and quit. Head not in game. Crrrazy!
